We highly recommend using the Gem Seal Polytar! Seal Coating will protect asphalt from weather, water, salt, gas and oil products. Seal Coating can be done on all asphalt surfaces including driveways, roadways and parking lots.

Gem Seal Polytar

Rubber product, rubber is added and blended at the plant, last 4-5 seasons, gas & oil proof, black satin look, fills minor cracks and small holes.

Our products are NOT slippery. We add silica sand into our product at a rate of two pounds of sand per gallon of pavement sealer.

All brands of sealing are NOT EQUAL.
